one of your staff comes in an hour late when he damn knows the residents of this specific community had to be ready before 7am. then he leaves immediately because everyone were already taken care off and he has nothing to do. and i think it is becoming his tactic these days to be free of work. very unreliable.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate...they don't care about their clients or the families. The nurses generally are good but the management needs a revamp!
