One of the worst services. PSW show up when they feel like. Some manager changes my dads schedule without consent. Most of the PSW don't do the job properly. They don't clean ppl good they rush. Supposed to have an hour vist they leave within 15-20 mins it's ridiculous. Also they send ppl that aren't trained on a hoier lift. They just have absolutely no care for others but yet that is the job. Would never recommend this company!

Unfortunately there is not a zero star option . 1 star would be somewhat of a compliment to the worst home care service in Hamilton. I do not personally blame the PSW”s. It is obviously the management who do not ensure that clients needs are properly met. The one and only request we as a family had for our mother who has had a stroke is that she have someone to guarantee that she takes her medications daily . I have no words to describe the inadequacy of Bayshore. If you care and love your family member please do not call Bayshore for your needs.

We contacted Bayshore on an urgent basis, from a hospital emergency department, post surgery. They were there for us that same night so my sister could come home instead of enduring the hallway health that would have ensued. We really felt supported (thanks Lisa), like they had our backs when no one else did. Their service was flexible so after receiving support for a few days, she was able to manage on her own. The PSWs were amazing. We will be ready for the next time this happens and feel better knowing that Bayshore will be onboard.
