I've really appreciated the care that Bear Home Care has been providing to my Mom. They were able to adapt services for her when her husband was being uncooperative with necessary care, and are very consistent, reliable, and communicate promptly when there are concerns that may need my attention or a Dr appointment for my Mom. With their help, my Mom is able to live independently at Bear Creek Villa with support that adapts to her abilities, needs, and respect for her preferences as these change for her over time.

Bear Home Care Services has been an absolute dream to work with! With our mom in independent care and waiting for long term, Bear Home Care has been the bridge to help us through. From the moment we needed a "little extra help" they were there with services. As the need grew, they were able to accommodate. They have been over the top! We tell them all the time but wanted to leave a review as well. Top notch, personal and compassionate service! Plus, they communicate well, which is hard to find sometimes in today's world. We truly appreciate all you've done for our family!!

I am very pleased with the home care services provided. The team is compassionate, reliable, and professional, offering excellent support with medication reminders, escorting to activities, and PM care. Caregivers are attentive, respectful, and consistent, ensuring routines are followed safely and comfortably while encouraging confidence and independence. The managers also demonstrate outstanding professionalism, awareness, and communication. They are responsive, organized, and proactive in addressing care needs and questions. Overall, I highly recommend these services for their dependable care, respectful support, and strong communication.
