We started using Mr. Goupil's services at the beginning of the summer, and within the first month, the housekeeping service was interrupted due to staff shortages. We waited almost two months for the service to resume, and it was interrupted again. We requested a refund of the initial fees, since the company couldn't provide the service, but Mr. Goupil refused. To add to this negative experience, we were neither contacted nor reimbursed after a light fixture broke. A very disappointing customer experience.
