Bob Rumble is in Covid outbreak , decided to stop by unannounced to visit my parents an do a wellness check , sure glad I did Not impressed my mother is complaining about not being washed , great way to get bedsores, my father never gets feed till everyone else is feed first , How long does it take to learn someone does NOT want butter on there bread , great way to turn my mother off of eating. Ok I get it staff are trying but all I’m asking is for them to have a little compassion to all . Further more residents are to stay in there rooms , but I witnessed 2 residents wondering around No mask an trying to enter my mothers room , the PSW told me she’s supposed be in her room as she’s one of the Covid residents, Come on people WHY is it ok for her to be wondering around no mask???? Be nice to see some management on the floors working , hire more staff ,

My mother in law has been in the Bob Rumball nursing home for almost 3 months and she has just blossomed. She’s happier than she’s been in long time. The staff are very friendly and compassionate with the residents. I sleep easy knowing the level of care she is getting at the Bob Rumball home for the deaf in Barrie
