I don’t think the cleaning ladies get enough attention! I was there at the time a while ago and seen 3 ladies cleaning rooms and doing garbage and etc the two ladies were beyond amazing runny and outgoing the longer I stayed the more I realized the older lady with blonde hair was just miserable talking to her cleaning team like crap and even allowing the residents to see how miserable she is she was very frustrated and you could tell she way beyond annoyed to even be there doing the job she chose to do . I would not want my family member living in a place where the workers seem down right miserable to be working with the elderly this cleaning lady didn’t crack a smile all day every time I seen her she had this horrific miserable look to her all day meanwhile the other ladies were smiling and having a good time talking to the residents and seemed happy to be working with the elderly and happy with their job they choose to do ! I’ve never seen someone so miserable I understand work and life but when your working with the elderly who have already been though so much put a smile on your face for them don’t walk around with attitude and be so miserable like this older blonde lady that I seen And how the building team even allows her to work there is beyond me I would not hire someone who is just so miserable I didn’t even have to say hi to her or anything nor would I with how miserable she was and I’ve seen her a few times and it’s always the same I’m enjoying the fact that my Friends family member gets to at least have two other ladies who love their jobs and show the elderly a good time with laughing and smiles etc ! This place needs to pick their employees better !

The staff at the Barrieview are incredibly caring and kind. Many of them go above and beyond for the residents to ensure they are happy and cared for. The building is very beautiful. It is new with modern decor and everything is clean and provides a welcoming atmosphere. The management team is professional and answers questions/concerns in a timely manner.
