My father-in-law, who turned 100 last November resides at Livita Barrington in Barrie and we truly can rest easy knowing he is so well cared for. From meal selection, laundry service and personnel care, there is support for everything. The medical support is also incredible, a special shout out to Dr. Pauk. Would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for assisted care for a family member.

Livita Barrington Retirement Residence is a truly welcoming and well-run community. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. The atmosphere is warm and uplifting, with plenty of activities and beautifully maintained spaces. It’s clear that residents are happy, engaged, and well cared for. Highly recommended!

I was fortunate enough to spend some respite time at the Livita Queens Avenue Retirement home after my hip replacement. I did not meet one person who was not welcoming and happy to be living there. It felt more like a large family, with all members included and cared for. I made some new friends whom I hope to keep in touch with. Vicki Sainsbury
