Joy at Reception is always a pleasure to see and chat with. Staff are always friendly to chat with. Seeing residents out and about enjoying the many gathering areas is always a pleasure to be able to stop and chat with them.

Kind, caring, helpful staff. Warm and inviting atmosphere. Always lots of buzz around the building with activities taking place for the residents. My mother has lived there for several years. The staff are engaged with the residents. My mother suffers from vision loss, therefore on occasion needs extra help to navigate through the day. The staff always step up to help with tasks that she might need help with. The staff go above and beyond. My family is very appreciative of that. Thank you.

I was fortunate enough to spend some respite time at the Livita Queens Avenue Retirement home after my hip replacement. I did not meet one person who was not welcoming and happy to be living there. It felt more like a large family, with all members included and cared for. I made some new friends whom I hope to keep in touch with. Vicki Sainsbury
