This company is VERY unreliable. They do not honour any commitment they make. They hire PSWs that no one else will hire and therefore not very credible. The government offers free services for your loved one from them but you will end up having to pay someone else to do it or you might as well quit your job and do it yourself because they won’t come. They need to get organized and stop taking on more clients that they simply can’t accommodate. So when you are getting the service for free, you really are getting what you pay for with this company.

My father had an awful experience here. I am appalled with this service- I will not go into details, as they are personal. If you are a senior- please go with a different company!

Great experience with my attending nurse, Sarah. She was very well informed. Sarah took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Very happy with their service. Rod Bartlett
