The staff at Cartier House are personal and genuinely caring. My mother-in-law stayed at Cartier House for a year and a half, we were touched by how attentive the whole team were to her individual needs. The kitchen staff going extra mile to prepare separate meals for her during her last month was such a thoughtful gesture. Incredible care and compassion the whole team showed my mother-in-law during her time at the residence.

My mom was there for a year and a half. Can’t say enough. They looked after her very well. If a problem did arise. They were very helpful and understanding. Nurses were very helpful and attentive. Very good place. KF

My mom was cared for by the wonderful staff of Cartier House from May 2024 until January 2026 when she passed. In that period mom received wonderful care and attention especially when she was unwell. I know this as I visited her nearly everyday and got to know the care attendents as well as the office staff quite well. Everyone showed genuine care to my mom and all the patients and i also received full cooperation from the staff whenever i needed it for my mom. I'm saddened of course for having lost mom but one of the consolations i have is that in her last few months she was so well taken care of by Cartier House. God bless.
