I have had nothing but problems with this company. They don’t do anything right. The scheduling group does not know how to schedule PSW’s even when the times are provided. They do not care about their clients at all or else they would be fixing all the issues. I’m going to get an auto generated message that you want to hear more about my experience so reach out to you at your email, why, you don’t respond or do anything. Roles of PSW can be very challenging, howerver, CBI is not organized at all. Since I got this service for 2 family members in the same living location, I had nothing but stress. I really need the help due to work, I keep getting interrupted at work with phone calls from CBI as they are constantly changing psw's. I have constantly had a different psw each day, Only a minority of pws's are caring and do their job properly. Most of the psw's are in a rush staying for 30 minutes, rushing the vulnerable in need clients. The bad pws's that shouldn't even be in this profession are most of the time on their phone, doing their duties in a cold manner. I can't wait to have an at home health company that really provides a fair service. I would not recommend this company. And I am not mentioning here all the unsatisfatory service.

They send new poorly trained staff who need constant supervision and instruction daily who are quite argumentative when ask to do things according to my routine. There is no condistency and mdmt dont care about client requests or concerns.
