Overall, I'm dissatisfied. There's a lack of follow-up; communication is practically nonexistent when my loved one receives or changes their medication. When I ask questions, it's not easy to get the right information. Is it the language barrier, with several employees whose first language isn't French? Solutions are rarely found by the staff. It's worrying to know that people with significant needs are left to fend for themselves like this. Changing accommodations... we have to consider the consequences of a change of environment without any assurance that things will be better elsewhere. I've spoken with management, but their attitude was disappointing. We're the ones who are left out of the loop. No one has ever questioned their own practices or truly listened to my concerns and dissatisfaction. Filing a complaint... I'm considering it, but I don't want to neglect my loved one by taking up my time and energy with such a process. I don't feel comfortable in this situation.
