This place forbid my mom's children to go visit her in early March because of the Covid-19. There were zero infected people then. On April 24th my mom was sent to the hospital dehydrated and has been infected with this deadly virus. That means that they didn't feed her or give her water. My mom passed away on May 3rd. We the children will hold this place responsible. The only way my mom and 50 other people caught this virus was from the negligence of the staff. Do not place your loved ones in this facility. Mon père y a passé du temps doux, rempli d’attention et d’affection. Ils ont fait de l’accompagnement de mon parent vieillissant, une étape plus facile. Merci du fond du cœur à tout le personnel.

Kudos to this center! We reserved a spot to gather the whole family—children and grandchildren—and the service was excellent. They had set up tables and chairs for us, and we were treated to delicious coffee 🤩 Grandma was very touched. Thank you!
