VERY DISAPOINTED My Brother in law Gord has lived at Watertower Lodge-Champlain Gardens for the past 25 years after having a stroke. Gord likes it there but for the past 25 years he has lived in the same room, the rug is badly worn and the room hasn't been painted since he moved in 25 years ago. We have asked management that the rug be changed so he does not trip and the room to be painted over the past couple of years all we get is the runaround, they say later but later never comes, We are very disappointed in the management and the way they treat a long time resident
