I had a wonderful experience with Omar Ghris, the leasing consultant, while searching for a room for my mother in a care unit. He clearly explained the services offered and answered all my questions and concerns. He took the time to explain everything and give me a tour of the residence, as well as during the lease signing a week later. I received the same warm and professional welcome from Vincent Tremblay-Landry, the health services coordinator, upon my mother's arrival, and from Amin Elkouche, who diligently handled all aspects of preparing the room (floor repairs, painting, connecting the telephone and cable, etc.). Over the following days, I also met other people who answered my questions and requests related to my mother's arrival and settling into her new environment. Thank you to everyone!

A beautiful residence with a truly dedicated team. The staff is attentive, professional, and always available to meet the residents' needs. You quickly realize that the well-being of seniors is a priority. The premises are clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The quality of care and services offered is reassuring, both for residents and their loved ones. A special mention goes to Mélanie, who stands out for her professionalism, availability, and the quality of her support. She inspires confidence and makes a real difference to the overall experience.
