Chartwell Kingsview is a new Chartwell independent living residence in Calgary's Kingsland area, with one- and two-bedroom apartments, set to open in summer 2027.
Chartwell Kingsview is being built at 7625 7th Street SW in Kingsland, by the Glenmore Landing Shopping Centre. Chinook Mall, Rockyview General Hospital, Macleod Trail and transit are close by, and the Glenmore Reservoir pathways are a short trip away for walks and time outside.
The residence is planned as independent living, with 111 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each one will have a full kitchen and a balcony or patio, so residents can still cook when they like.
Shared spaces are to include a top-floor dining room with mountain views, a bistro, a fitness centre and a salon and spa, and underground and street parking are expected.
The opening is set for summer 2027, and the team is already taking questions about apartment options and reservations. If you're planning a year or two ahead, it's worth asking how the reservation process works and when pricing will be shared.
