  Went for a tour yesterday. The person giving the tour was very knowledgable answered all our questions and gave us very helpful information to take home and look over. Definitely considering this place for my mom's new home.

  I have lived here for 5 years now and though I love having the activities and community of people, the company "Seasons" should not be allowed to run Seniors homes. There are many issues we have faced here and very few ever get resolved by Seasons. Staff turn over is constant, and in the past 5 yrs, we have been through approximately 6 maintenance people, 4-5 managers, several "cooks" whos qualifications are scanty, 5 recreational managers, 4-6 bus drivers. The food here is of poor quality, I have requested more information as to what level they order and pay for from Sysco foods but in the past 3 years they have repeatedly not answered. Please look elsewhere for accomodations , this company should be avoided. I still live here as I put money into my unit to make some upgrades when I moved in (fully at my expense) and because I love my neighbors here. My daughter would be very happy to move me. When I have brought my complaints to upper management I was told " We're not keeping you here, you can always move!" What a poor way to address complaints and issues that need addressing.

  I am a resident of Seasons Gardens in Lethbridge. Living in a care facility is a huge adjustment and takes time. Our location is wonderful in that we are within walking distance of a shopping centre, banks, stores, and eateries, and drug stores—at least for those that can still walk! We have had fun managers of the highest calibre offering music, films, special outings, speakers, and picnics. The elevators are filled with posters with upcoming events so one can be as busy as you wish or if you prefer some solitude, you can relax in the comfort of your suite. There has been mention of high staff turnover.We did go through a period of management changes which was difficult, however, most of the changes have been in dining and housekeeping. These are positions in which students gain work experience, and become familiar with our language .Needs change as do their schedules.We delight in getting to know them and admire their energy and adaptability. Food has been a recurring problem for quite some time but meals have improved somewhat! We are shocked at the rising prices and realize that kitchen has to work within a budget. I notice that most of us are quite content with plain and simple meals, Managers treat us to a pancake breakfast every month and cookies and muffins are baked daily and available with assorted fruits, teas, coffee, and hot chocolate in the Bistro! As for our bus driver, let me assure you that Seasons Gardens has a bus driver that is the envy of all! He believes in customer service and delivers! We have young managers that have accomplished a great deal— our building has been painted and recarpeted. Some structural renovations have been done and repairs are ongoing. .I, for one, have no desire to own my own home and deal with upgrades, maintenance, taxes and snow removal and a thousand other headaches!
