Jennie Caouettel was greatly appreciated for her warm welcome and kindness; she took the time to listen to us. Well done, Jennie! However, the same cannot be said for Mathieu, who received us a month earlier.

We arrived on January 5, 2026. We are very satisfied with our accommodations and the services. Also, the amenities like the Chartwell bus and the wide variety of activities are outstanding. Thank you to Chartwell and all the courteous staff who contribute to the happiness of each resident.

Following the death of our resident, my grandfather, the residence refused his daughter and presumed legal heir access to retrieve the will. The facility ignored our inheritance rights, opting instead for a purely administrative contact. There was no cooperation, no support. We had to fight to get the bereavement and funeral arrangements underway. Extremely disappointing.
