We moved in on June 2, 2026, and the key handover was handled by Benjamine. The reception service was excellent: she has been attentive to all our concerns since that day. She truly does a superb job, always with a lovely smile.

We arrived on January 5, 2026. We are very satisfied with our accommodations and the services. Also, the amenities like the Chartwell bus and the wide variety of activities are outstanding. Thank you to Chartwell and all the courteous staff who contribute to the happiness of each resident.
