We have been attending CHATs adult day program for 2yrs. We want to recognize the support received from Kristen Bolger, ADP Supervisor and her team, Nancy & Jess. In addition, the front receptionist, Autumn. They have been so helpful with many requests such as changing meal options to textured foods and to a more recent YRT transit transportation support. The team listen to us with attention and care. They focus on the participant and make sure our needs are fulfilled. My mother-in-law’s participation and looks forward to attending the program is paramount to her physical and mental well-being. Thank you kindly for all you do; it is greatly appreciated… keep up the awesome work. You are definitely an asset to your organization!!

Just to let you know, my comments were entered under Wayne…but written by pat Callan. Comments were made on another site: the programs offered are diverse and everyone can find something which interests them.. personally, I have found the speakers interesting and knowledgeable. The exercise program by Emmy offers everyone regardless of physical ability, a full body workout. I am not interested in crafts or games. I think there is great variety and Patti keeps things moving and interesting…it’s a great asset to seniors in this community! P

I have used CHATS for trips to Toronto Western and home , and I can't say enough good things about this amazing service. The drivers are punctual, polite, helpful, friendly, communicate well and of course very good drivers! I feel safe in their care. We are so thankful ESPECIALLY to Manny, who drove us home yesterday, in VERY heavy traffic for over 3 hours in rush hour with road closures. So patient and such a lovely person in general. We hope to see him again! Syd and Wayne were also wonderful. Thank you for this wonderful service when people like myself are going through difficult times and can count on you all. JoHanna and John
