If you want to go there, you must enter Dureau Street instead, otherwise you will end up at the back of the CHSLD.

Ma maman a été résidente 7 semaines elle est décédé le 2 juillet 2024. Elle as été traitée comme une princesse. Le personnel soignants sont compétents et très attentionné. Merci pour votre dévouement et votre beau travail. Le personnel est formidable. Bel établissement propre, belle grande chambre et chaleureux. MERCI

When you ask for medical assistance in dying because you can't live in this long-term care facility, I think that says it all. No activities, inedible food. The care depends on the staff on duty (weekend care is lacking, and so are holiday care). Paying $2200 a month is a high price to pay for being neglected.
