  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Not sure how every review is 5 star, don't even know where to start. Worker left my special needs daughter unattended leaving her shift before next worker arrived. Taxi coupons went missing twice, one worker wanted to use my daughters address to receive parcels, the last straw was worker not arriving for morning shift. When I called, could not get a hold of anyone (not a 24 hour service if you need to get a hold of someone). When she finally called me back, I was frantic as my daughter would be in her house alone. Supervisor could care less about my concerns. When I attempted to contact the owner who I initially set contract up with, I'm told not allowed to converse with her. They advised me same evening that they were terminating my contract. WOW. Thanks for doing me that favour, This company is incompetent and all of their workers are fresh out of school, do not know how to cook and need to be given direction with no common sense. Do yourself a favour, and advertise and find your own personal support worker as company's like this send anyone and everyone that can't even take care of themselves. Stacy from this company advised me that this company is privately run and does not have to follow any regulations. And it definitely shows.

The caregivers are not only well-trained but also genuinely caring individuals who treated my family member with the utmost respect and dignity. They provided excellent support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, while also ensuring companionship and emotional support. It was clear that they took the time to understand our loved one's personal preferences and health requirements, which made a world of difference. Communication with the office staff was always prompt and efficient. They were flexible in adjusting the care schedule to accommodate our changing needs, which was incredibly helpful during unpredictable times.   I have been with CFC for a couple of years now and am thoroughly enjoying the way the company is set up with three hour appointments and client centered care. All of the agency's staff including Sanpreet, Rebekah, Darlene and others have been incredibly patient, informative, available and supportive and it improves the care that the clients receive.
