Starting out - this was a fantastic company. Maria was there to support every step of the way and would even let the PSW's know their schedule via text and keep everyone coordinated. Now unfortunately, they've reassigned Maria, and the new person is a MESS. My aunt is older and after suffering two strokes of her own can no longer take care of her husband. She was supposed to move out to somewhere she could have support while the PSW's would be there for her husband at their house. But the NEW person is doing such a poor job that not only are the PSW's not showing up (3 times now) it's prevented her from being able to move out and take care of herself, and is now at home taking care of him! There is another review noting it's under new management. We are so so upset - I hope someone will contact me or do something about it and replace this person doing a terrible job.

I highly recommend this healthcare team! They are knowledgeable, reliable, caring, and incredibly helpful. They genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure their need are met. Excellent care and support! Available 24/7.

The new owner assumed this location in September. I used to recommend this company highly (amazing manager) but the new ownership left us abruptly without any resources and failed to respond to phone calls, texts or emails. AVOID! If you're looking for companies that offer PSW services for less than the typical 3 hour minimum as we were, keep looking, it does exist. We're very happy with the new company.
