Comfort keepers is a wonderful agency. They have HCA’s that are very kind, caring, and compassionate. They are great companionship for my aunt. Someone she can interact with. I also have to applaud the scheduling department as they are always willing to do their best to accommodate our needs even on last minute notice. They actively work to accommodate what works for our life and the client. Thank you again for the HCA’s and scheduling for the wonderful job. Keep it up.

I needed overnight care for my father on very short notice. I phoned numerous care facilities and Comfort Keepers was highly recommended. When I phoned them they sent someone to his facility to meet with me and my father. We signed the contract and they started immediately that evening. They also had a family portal so I could see the notes each night from the care giver. I would highly recommend. Very responsive as I needed someone in place the same day and they were able to accommodate my dad’s needs. Caring and very responsive.

Comfort Keepers has been an essential part of my mom’s life over the past 18 months. She’s a senior with deteriorating health who is determined to stay in her own home, and without the support of Comfort Keepers, that simply wouldn’t be safe — or even possible. Because of her health challenges, we’ve had to make many schedule changes, often on very short notice. Comfort Keepers has consistently accommodated the vast majority of these requests, ensuring my mom always has someone there to support her during difficult moments. Beyond the excellent personal care, my mom has formed close connections with a couple of the caregivers. These relationships have made a meaningful difference in her well‑being, and they’ve given our family peace of mind knowing she’s not just being looked after, but genuinely cared for. It has also eased the pressure on us as family caregivers with busy lives. The office staff — Abraham, Tammy, and Melissa, plus more - have been wonderful to work with. They’re open, responsive, willing to discuss concerns, and always do their best to adjust schedules an care when needed. It’s clear they prioritize the comfort and dignity of their clients. Thank you, Comfort Keepers, for helping our mom stay safely in the home she loves. Terry P.
