I’ve had a few dealings now with Comfort Keepers and have been really pleased with their staff and services. It was a pleasant surprise when they asked if they could meet myself and my uncle in person at his retirement home so that he would be comfortable prior to being taken to his monthly appointment. Ella, the administrator is excellent. She was very kind and patient when speaking to my uncle in the home and is a joy to deal with from my end of it. She is also efficient and good at her job. Margaret, the lady who took my uncle to his dr appointment was very also very kind, caring and considerate when meeting him and made my uncle feel comfortable. Their prices are fair and comparable and I would highly recommend them. It takes the worry away knowing he is in good hands.

Comfort Keepers has been responsive and supportive from my first contact. They are flexible and adjust to changing needs. The PSW'S have brought joy to my ailing husband due to their sincere interest in his well being and their wide range of talents. Some of which are giving a bed hair wash and shave and monitoring and encouraging exercises. They have helped with negotiating a difficult waste pick up as well as helping in the kitchen. I could not manage without them and highly recommend them.

Comfort Keepers Georgetown has been outstanding. From the beginning, they were compassionate, attentive, and made us feel supported during stressful times. The caregivers treat my loved one with kindness, patience, and dignity, and it truly shows in the quality of care they provide. Communication with the office has been smooth and reliable, which gives our family peace of mind. Knowing my family member is in such capable, caring hands means everything. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers Georgetown.
