They are supposed to be helping people find jobs instead they blame you for their mistakes and refuse to apologize even when they made a big deal about it and called in the head. Then when you prove it they refuse to apologize and instead drop you saying that theyre switching to volunteering when they are supposed to be job coaches not volunteer coaches.
