My Mom is staying at Queen’s Square. Located in the historic picturesque downtown of (Galt) Cambridge. It is lovely, smaller retirement community, beautiful and clean with a wonderful compassionate and caring staff. Lots of activities for those who want to get involved. We, as a family, have peace of mind knowing our Mom is cared for while still maintaining a level of independence.

My mother came to Chartwell Queen's Square right out of hospital. She was moved from a different city to Cambridge so we could have better family support. The staff worked hard from the beginning from finding the right room for her, figuring out what packages would support her journey back to better health and working together through the bumps and challenges rehabilitation takes - we found the staff became our village of support in the most caring and compassionate ways. They celebrated along side of us the small steps of progress as milestones which helped our mom and our family keep the faith in progressing forward. Every staff regardless of which department they worked in helped with this journey. It is the people within the walls of Queens Square that make it a safe and caring environment.

It is so reassuring to know that Mom is living in a place that is safe, comfortable, friendly, clean and beautiful, and is receiving exceptional care and compassion. She is very happy. My experience in advocating for my Mom has been received with compassion, understanding and flexibility. Thank you Heather, nursing staff, Jason, Paul, Christina and all of the fabulous, caring staff at Queen's Square. The atmosphere is a big warm loving family, always happy and willing to help each other.
