I am sure the services help so many people live daily but inside their management is a real issue. With having an employee tell others pelple in the building certain concerns were heard and as well as the staff, concerns were very much dealt horribly and without privacy. I commend the staff for helping others so are able to live independently but the management needs to begin dealing within as this is part of health care support. Left a message with a manager regarding this as shouldn't happen as well as private information in regards to concern was revealed. But never ever got a return call to deal with it.
