Cannot recommend Chartwell Arundel highly enough. The staff are genuinely compassionate and caring, treating every resident with warmth and dignity. The whole place is welcoming and feels like home, and the facilities are clean throughout.My parents were not in an easy stage of their lives when they moved to Chartwell and the staff were nothing but supportive, knowledgeable and caring throughout. There was always a friendly smile and hug greeting us when we arrived. Although our time at Chartwell was not as long as we hoped, we are so thankful it was there when we needed it.

I can not say enough about the wonderful people at Chartwell on Arundel Street! Every worker from all departments are so friendly and will do anything for their residents. We just had a birthday party there for my dad which they catered. Thank you Kelly and all who were involved in making it a very special day!
