After completing all the paperwork and paying a membership fee, I am unable to receive any service after waiting for 6 months now.

While browsing the internet, I've noticed a growing number of negative comments about this company. Could its rise to become the largest home care services provider in Quebec have resulted in a ship that became uncontrollable due to a lack of direction, a lack of personnel who abandoned ship, or both? There are reports of service cuts, favoritism within the company, and new employees, both local and international, lacking the necessary qualifications to work with people with disabilities or the elderly. This, in turn, increases the workload of both employees and clients, who don't always receive adequate services. What do you think should be done to save this ship? Replace the rudder? Change the crew? Or both?
