The facility and staff are fantastic. My in-laws have been there a year now and couldn't be happier. Their apartment was freshly painted, new carpet/flooring, fixtures and super clean upon occupancy. Gourmet meals daily, exercise programs, and weekly entertainment with new friends give us all peice of mind knowing that they are well looked after. I highly recommend checking out Courtyards Garden for a safe and happy senior living retirement option. Tom and Laura

Better experience than I could have had. Personal family friend passed away and the staff contemplated out loud bringing them out through the trash area, not reserved when it comes to disrespecting the dead, the only reason this post is higher than 1 star is because they allowed me to take him away through the emergency exit instead as a last ditch effort to get him out of there not very pleased and would recommend other places if you are wondering

He needed a home, a community, care, respect/dignity; my vulnerable friend had lost his hearing and communication ability, was an introverted man who had no close family, experienced serious health changes, was evicted unfairly and didn't know where to turn. He had been generous and kind and selfless throughout his life. It was difficult and sad. BUT, once he got connected with Courtyard Gardens, his life, the quality of his life, transformed! Every department from the Wellness Team and Community Relations, to Dining Services and Life Enrichment, the Maintenance department, and his new neighbours/friends, they all contributed to his last years being better than he/we could have imagined! We had a Celebration of Life for him last weekend at Courtyard Gardens that was lovely, and though it is sad he is no longer with us, I am happy to know he had a beautiful caring, supportive home for his last years! Many thanks to all the staff of Courtyard Gardens for doing what you do! Maureen
