Not a great residence. There's a strong smell of urine most of the time when you go, and on top of that, there have been medication errors with residents. Not good at all. A call to the CIUSSS might be in order! 🤔

The new manager is sorely lacking in humanity and does not respect the directives of the Ministry of Health and Social Services. However, the staff is attentive to the users.
