Divine Home Care This is an organization that is lead by not just any kind of leader but by a ( TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER) a leader who doesn't just pay you but also grow you, by giving you a good sense of purpose, accompanied with a true, genuine and humorous sense of appreciation, that way it helps build some form of value for once self. After all said and done, i would like to conclude with this. Divine Home Care is were you experience more good than harm.

Working at Divine Homes has really helped me grow, both personally and professionally. It hasn’t always been easy, but the experience has taught me a lot. The work environment pushes you to do your best, and at the same time, there’s a level of care for both staff and residents that makes a difference. I’ve had the chance to work with people who are dedicated and take their responsibilities seriously. Leadership tries to set a good example, and while there are challenges like in any workplace, there’s still a strong focus on doing things right and providing a safe, comfortable environment for residents. I’m still learning every day, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of the team and contribute where I can.
