When my dad was diagnosed with Dementia we knew we needed help in our home to care for dad. The care givers that Earth Angels Home Care sent for my dad treated him with dignity and respect. My mom enjoyed the company of the girls as well. They provided personal care and meal preparation. My dad's favorite care giver would take him out for drives and ice cream. So thankful we found this Home Care for him.

Lets see promised full time hours was barley working 5 hrs a day sometimes 2 hrs. said they had lots of clients and people are working over time. i was available monday to thursday 6am to 8pm and fridays 6am to 2pm and still barley getting hrs and when you ask why your not getting hours they say oh we lost a few clients and gained some new ones and were redoing the schedules. Spoke with other employees that have been there for alot longer and they even said they dont even get full time hours and had to find a second job / quit.Then they nit pick over littlest things that are out of your controll, tell you your doing a good job keep up the good work then let you go with zero explaination. 20.00 for 1 hr 19.00 for 2 hrs and anything 3hrs and over is 18.00 and 40 cents a km. Makes sense why people go to VON.

I would like to express ++ positive graditude regarding my experience with in home supports for my father through the New Glasgow Office. Phyllis and Lisa helped me build a safe and positive care team that supported my father everyday so he could continue to live in his home safely. The journey with dementia is not easy but Phyllis and Lisa helped me understand the disease, helped me advocate for resources, supported difficult moments, and stood my my father so he could live his best life in his own home. I highly recommend Earth Angels and thank them for their care and support :).
