My mom has been receiving services from Ember, and I have to say that after seeing some not so great care in the hospital, Ember is a breath of fresh air!! My mom gets bathing assistance and the staff are so friendly and caring. They take pride in getting to really know my mom not just as a client/patient but as a human being with who has a whole life history behind her. They understand the pain my mom has been through and are gentle and compassionate. Care is not done TO my mom, it is a partnership between the care giver and my mom, with my mom being an active participant. I’m so happy that we found this company!! If you are needing home care for either yourself or a loved one then look no further, Ember is who you should call!!

We are so grateful for the compassionate care our parents receive from Ember. The caregivers are not only professional but truly kind, patient, and compassionate which is so important to our family. Our parents never anticipated they would feel comfortable with someone coming into their home, but the caregivers at Ember have proven to them otherwise. The care manager is also wonderful to deal with, she is quick to respond and very accommodating when possible with care and scheduling changes. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing they are in such safe and professional hands. I highly recommend Ember to anyone looking for home care for their loved ones.
