Michael, from Excel, was very quick to understand our care needs for our dad. He responded quickly to set up service, and had excellent, caring and kind staff, looking after dad. When I initially reached out to him, it was a crisis situation. He listened well to understand our needs, and smoothly and quickly set up the help required. Catherine, who became our caregiver, was so kind and thoughtful, as well as reliable and accountable. She took lots of initiative to ensure that dad was kept occupied, as he wanted to wander away. She would actively listen to his stories, play games with him, paint with him and sing with him. She even started a daily exercise routine to prevent deconditioning, and would take him for walks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this company!

Very unprofessional confirm interview and they never showed up never called or message after the are the one to call you more than once to come in and didn't have the courtesy to say they cancel knowing well I was coming from North York to Mississauga out of pocket $70 Very Very Disappointed and unprofessional
