  My mom was admitted to Columbia Forest a few weeks ago, and our experience so far has been nothing but positive. Columbia Forest was one of our family’s top choices, and Amanda, the Resident Services Coordinator, is truly the main reason we selected this home. From our very first interaction, she gave us an outstanding first impression. Her longevity at the home since its opening, combined with her genuine passion and leadership, was immediately evident during our tour. It is clear that her influence has directly made a difference in how the home operates. She maintains strong oversight of all aspects of resident services, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and I can see that her commitment sets a high standard for care and compassion throughout the building. Since that first visit, my mom has been cared for so kindly by the PSWs. They genuinely love her, and she loves them in return. They care for her and her roommates, and in such a short period of time, they have taken the time to truly get to know her. Because of this, my mom is happy, comfortable, and feels at home here. We are grateful for the care, leadership, and welcoming environment at Columbia Forest.

  My dad stayed at Columbia Forest for about 3 years before his passing last month. He loved it there and was always well cared for. The staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating. We are looking for long term care for my mom now and I hope she can get placed there as I know she will get the best care.

  My family and I would like to Thank the staff at Columbia Forest Long Term Care, all workers management and all departments for the exceptional care and compassion and understanding for my sister Carole Jackson special thanks to Jeanne Turnbull the nurse that has a heart of gold and is so very good at her job, the compassion and care she gives all her patients and my sister I can't thank you enough and what a relief it is for me and my family to know she has a team of people looking out for her care and well being. My sister just recently had an accident with her wheelchair and the care she got at the hospital in the emerge department was terrible, treated like cattle and shipped back to her home with no report on anything expecting long term care to figure it out themselves and no communication to the home in anyway or myself her POA and sister, care giver. This is absolutely hard to swallow and understand how my sister suffered from a tramatic event and we have no medical details. Colombia Forest and their medical staff, and management department step up for my sister right away ensuring us that she was in good hands. They are all absolutely amazing 👏 and us living at a distance not our choice as we cant transfer my sister we tried for more then 3 yrs now she's been on a list it's scary whats become of the medical world. You have no idea how much of a relief it is to know in our hearts someone cares about our loved one. And takes such good care of all her needs. Thank you for still having compassion for humans and having the heart to care. We appreciate you all very much. Collinda Losier and Family.
