I am a schedular, our PSW called in today and I was trying to inform the staff about it and the staff said I dont have time for this ! like what ? is this your customer service ? is this how you train your staff to do their job ? ridiculous ....

During an ice storm last night my Father was stuck in his car in the parking lot because his door wouldn’t open, during this time I called The Gardens staff, but he was still not inside. I asked them to Help my Father get in the building. My Father was trying to walk on the snow to be safe but there was no more snow to walk on just a skating rink of ice. So with . Ice surrounding him he stayed put, then the staff showed up outside and salted a pathway across the driveway so my Father could get safely into the building. God Bless the Angels 😇 who took care of my Father last night!

Was talking to my step dad when the nurse came to give him his night meds. I could hear her say, that’s wonderful, you go back to talking to her, make sure you take these! And she addressed my step dad by his name. She sounded lovely.
