I wasn’t sure what to expect since this was our first client-directed hiring experience, but I was pleasantly surprised. GotCare exceeded our expectations by perfectly matching our requirements—not just once, but three times! They found caregivers who met our specific needs, including language preferences, availability, and proximity to our home. Quite impressive! Tiffany and her team were instrumental in making this a low-maintenance experience, handling everything efficiently. Tiffany also resolved a minor conflict with one of the workers in a professional and satisfactory way for both us and the worker, which allowed us to maintain a good relationship with them. Not only is Tiffany responsive, but she also proactively checks in to ensure we’re satisfied with the service, without being intrusive. Because of these reasons, and because the workers themselves seem happy with GotCare, I continue to use their services. I highly recommend GotCare as a top choice for Personal Care Companies.
