I can not say enough about Janette and the invaluable services that helping hands offers. I recently moved to the mainland and sadly had to leave my position with helping hands after almost 4 years. I can honestly say that Working with helping hands has been the most rewarding job I’ve ever had. Janette has a unique ability to match each of us to the right clients based on our strengths and personalities. As Janette grew up in the business, there was never a situation or concern that she didn’t have an answer for. If you have a family member that could use the extra care, meals made, light house keeping or companionship, I would highly recommend helping hands. All of Janette’s team have experience with Dementia and mobility challenges. Janette’s team were handpicked by her and are all Ready to go above and beyond your expectations. Most of Janette’s team have been with her for years and Come with many years of experience. I have been so blessed to be able to work for this company and the Clients that were in trusted to me. I can honestly say I was far more blessed by my clients than anything I could have ever done for them. In addition to missing all my clients, I will miss their families as many times we become like family. Bottom line, I can’t say enough about Janette and helping hands. Your loved one will be in good hands.

The companions who took care of my mother were all fabulous. My mom was not an easy woman. Due to her dementia she had a hard time understanding English and talked Dutch back to them, but they were patient, working with my mom as she presented that day. If l had to make last minute requests or changes, Janette was always willing and able to accomodate them.
