Reasonable place but hopefully the menu will improve once the COVID scare is over. Edit: Unfortunately things have not improved for many of these residents. The "Activities are resident initiated as we are an indepdendent living community." (Direct copy/paste with spelling errors from website) are allowed IF they are in the individual residents bedrooms as there is no other space indoors. The "two nutritional meals per day" would likely total half of what the average person needs for daily intake with miniscule portions, no options for substitution to the point of idiocy, for example each resident received 1 juice (125ml roughly) and 1 milk (125ml roughly) and the option to trade a milk for a juice isn't allowed. Also deep fried or starches (fries) really shouldn't count but unfortunately they are a large portion of the meals. Also a ziplock bag and a half cup of milk is not a good "breakfast" Regardless considering the "Mandatory" food program of $300-500 per person (and roughly 30 people living there) you'd think a non profit building could do something better for $9000-15000 per month.

Only giving it 1 star . Most kitchen staff very nice but once the maintenance man was no longer there we noticed a big difference. Possibly a better building manager is required. Fairly clean but needs updates.
