My Father in law has been at Trillium Manor for the past 2 years and so far he has been well cared for. He is 90 years old and has dementia and the staff has to do everything for him. Everyone we met there has a friendly word for him and us and I appreciate how hard they work. It is not an easy job to look after the elderly, so thank you for everything you do. Help them out but visiting your loved once more often and enjoy the all the beautiful spaces you can use during your visit.

Residents are seen, valued and loved here. Patios, activity rooms and the main lounge are all well taken care of and beautiful spaces for residents and families to use to help make it feel more like home!

Our dear family friend, Pauline, was treated like gold there. She said the staff in the Oro McDonnell wing were like family to her.
