  I had a fantastic experience. I was looking for some information for a relative and called on July 4th. I spoke with a wonderful young lady named Nazish, not only was she kind and attentive, but the entire process was seamless and professional and honestly, I was surprised by how quickly we got a reply and someone called us back. I thought since it was a Saturday, maybe I wouldn't hear back so fast, but everything went so smoothly. The company was extremely professional, and I was really happy with everything. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

  Zareena and Home Care Assistance have been and continue to be a "God Send" for our family and our 93 year old mother. Our mother had been independent and living at home, until she had a fall last August. She went through a difficult recovery, first at the U of A, then onto the Glenrose and a month at Exquisicare. We are grateful to the caregivers at these facilities, however our goal was to bring our mother home with 24 hour care. This goal seemed un achievable until we connected with Zareena and Home Care Assistance. Zareena and her team ( Charlene & Nelly) are amazing, and truly and sincerely care for our mother and her well being. Zareena the Owner of Home Care is a 'hands on" owner and involved in every step of our mothers care. She has been highly responsive and solutions oriented to both the family's and our mothers needs and concerns. Zareena is very experienced and her caregiver knowledge has helped us significantly navigate the Heath Care system. Until we met Zareena it felt like everywhere we turned we ran into road blocks in our goal of getting our mother home. We can't thank Zareena and our caregivers (Nelly and Charlene) enough for making our mothers life enjoyable and positive again !!! To anyone reading this review and looking for great care and true expertise, our family highly recommends Home Care Assistance Edmonton and Zareena .
