My training at Home Instead was very informative and well-structured. I learned how to properly use the lifting belt and lifting machines, which really improved my confidence and understanding of safe handling techniques. The trainers were clear, patient, and supportive throughout the session, making it easy to follow and ask questions. I feel more prepared and equipped to perform my duties safely and effectively. Overall, it was a very valuable and practical training experience.

I had such a wonderful experience during my training at Home Instead. The training was excellent very clear, well organized, and easy to understand. Every topic was explained in a way that made me feel confident and prepared. What truly stood out to me was the team. All the trainers were friendly, kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They didn’t just teach us; they supported us and made sure we felt comfortable asking questions. From the very first day, they made us feel at home. It is truly a pleasure and an honor to be part of the team and to serve as a caregiver with Home Instead. I am grateful for the knowledge, encouragement, and warm welcome I received.
