Thank you Home Instead Mississauga. Starting this process can be difficult for elderly people and their families, especially having strangers in your home. However, from the beginning meeting Connie and having her explain the process and how easily adaptable the service is was a great start. We have been so blessed to have PSW Sheena, who instantly bonded with our parents and always brings a smile and joy to work. Sheena makes the process comfortable and is very helpful to the care of our parents who miss her when she is not there.... 😊😊

Home Instead is great in providing personal care services including companionship, light home duties and dementia care. My father and I are grateful for the support and care received. My father is well cared for with their assistance and supervision in meeting his daily personal care needs. Due to language barrier, very few conversation was made; however, he appreciates their company while I have been busy with house chores and errands. Their companionship has given me a sense of relief. I would not had been able to declutterred long hours, packing, cleaning dor the preparation of the home sale without their support attending to my father care needs. The staff is trained on dementia care and assisted in managing my father’s restlessness at times with gentleness and patience. Therese Pomo,Cluent Care Coordinator, has been very instrumental in coordinating my father’s care with scheduling, staffing and psychosocial support. Thank you Home Instead for providing excellent client care! We are grateful for PSW's Oluchi, Xiaojie, Ramandeep, Eghosa, and Nancy for caring for my Mom and Dad during a very difficult time. Their are kind, supportive, and hard working. They brought such joy to us, and will be remembered. Thank you to the entire team for their professionalism. Mom, Dad, and myself highly recommended Home Instead!
