Over the past year we have used Hospall PSW's to help with supporting my dad with his various health issues. From meeting Erwin, the nurse manager on call the process is was very smooth. It was easy to set up a schedule of PSW's and when they came to support my father, they would be attentive and really cheer him up and help him with whatever he needed. Overtime, there were a few PSW's that he really liked and they were always scheduled. Erwin would check in on a weekly basis making sure my dads needs were met and would communicate with me regularly to ensure that we had proper support for my father. I won't lie, they are more expensive than other companies however, it is easy to schedule PSW support, they are quick to answer the phone, and you receive a report daily from the PSW who gives you a summary of how the shift went and what they did. Overall the company was great and if we ever need high quality PSW support, they are totally worth it. I will be sure to circle back to them if I am in need in the future.

This is a truly 5 star team! The support, experience, service and guidance helped us get through a very difficult and challenging time. Although we have a good healthcare system in Ontario having Hospall by our side every step of the way helped us get back to our regular healthy lifestyle with confidence, for the patient as well as my self the caregiver. I recommend Hospall private home care for everyone with health care support.
