We have been supported by Independence Matters since Nov 2016 for my Mother. She has progressing dementia. They supported her stay in Independent Living and now her move into Residential Care. They have really helped with this difficult period. There staff has been supportive and provides written logs. Their office always returns calls and emails and has helped with sudden support changes required. (Aftercare for bowel cancer and cataract surgery). Their billing has been timely and correct. The pricing is reasonable. Mostly, we can tell they like and care for her.
