Words seem insufficient to express the amount of gratitude our family feels for the support offered to us by the team at Infinity. At a very difficult time in our family member’s life, when she (and frankly all of us) was feeling very disappointed and neglected by existing Home Care services, Izabella’s concern, expertise and kindness were beyond exceptional! She offered the compassionate guidance and support that allowed us to better advocate for our family member and take appropriate steps towards securing that family member’s safety and excellence in care. I’ve been a nurse for over 3 decades and it is rare to see this kind of dedication and commitment to promoting a person’s well being by not just supporting that individual but by supporting the whole family. As is evident by this review, I would highly recommend Infinity to our friends and family!

Working with Infinity Healthcare has been an amazing experience. Poonan and Izabella have been wonderful to work with and have always been incredibly accommodating and supportive. They are some of the friendliest and most genuine people you could ever meet. From day one, I have felt valued, respected, and appreciated within the company. Their positive leadership and dedication to their team create a welcoming and encouraging work environment, and I am grateful to be a part of it!

Infinity Healthcare truly stands out! I had the chance to meet Poonam and Izabella and they’re honestly some of the kindest, most genuine people. You can really tell they put their heart into what they do and treat everyone with kindness and respect. It’s rare to come across people like that! From the moment you interact with them you feel at ease. They’re always willing to help and accommodate and they have such a positive attitude! They’re always finding solutions and never stop looking for ways to help! You can tell they truly care about the people they work with. It never feels rushed, they take the time to listen and really understand you. The environment they’ve created feels warm, welcoming, and supportive! It’s rare to find a place where you feel this level of care and attention. I would definitely recommend Infinity Healthcare to anyone looking for a supportive and caring experience! Thank you Poonam and Izabella for everything you do for the community!
