Not sure which is more gross- all the garbage consistently covering the lawn or how rude and hostile management is. The bike rack pictured has also been broken for going on 3 years now. Property not maintained

Management justified the closure of amenity access on the grounds of safety and alleged rule violations. However, the situation was escalated unnecessarily and could have been resolved through clearer communication and calmer intervention. There is also a strong perception that the decision was biased toward visible minority people.

So grateful to be an advent health consumer, coming to a new building can be difficult but from the parking process to check in it was very smooth. I am very impressed by the details the building has and looking forward to seeing it in full motion. My appointment went very well in the new facility and I was very impressed with everyone working.
