We were fortunate enough to be visiting our sister when Continung Care worker Kreenara (sorry if misspelled) arrived. Our sister was just telling us how she didnt think the visits were even necessary. Kreenara sat with us and talked about things worrying our sister as far as housekeeping etc. Kreenara immediately went in and cleaned the bathrooms and tidied up the bedroom. Very impressed and hope she will be returning. Our sister now realizes this is a very useful service available to her. Thanks so much!

They appear very disorganized IMO. We booked with one nurse and made it clear that we only wanted the same nurse each week. They have repeatedly tried to send us other nurses-including one who spoke English so badly that I thought she was speaking Chinese to me-when she was trying to speak English! It’s very dangerous to do that with seniors who often have hearing difficulties. It’s frightening, and anxiety producing to an elderly person to not be able to understand the instructions. Most are very confused and it’s very mean to increase their anxieties. As much as they “promise” you, they change the schedule constantly.
