I believe we sometimes get the worst when looking at reviews because many folks are motivated to complain when they have a bad experience, but not as similarly motivated when they have a good one. I'm here to balance that out a bit! So far, Integrity has been nothing short of accommodating, proactive and excellent with their compassionate and timely communication. Workers are all different but so far the company has been very good at matching me with compatible caretakers. Plus, Chelsea is just lovely to work with!
