  Just Like Family Home Care has made a meaningful difference in my mother’s life while she is in long-term care. Their approach is truly personal and compassionate, and it shows in every interaction. In our case, they provide regular visits for my mother, and the woman who sees her every other day is absolutely incredible. She brings warmth, patience, and genuine kindness, and it’s clear that she treats my mother with dignity and respect—not just as a client, but as a person. In addition, the management team has been incredibly supportive. They are responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in ensuring that my mother receives the best possible care. Knowing that both the caregiver and the leadership team are so attentive has been an enormous comfort to our family. I’m deeply grateful for the consistency, professionalism, and heart that Just Like Family Home Care brings to what they do.

  I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Just Like Family -Kingston/Belleville. I first spoke with Stacey who is so kind, compassionate and professional. She immediately arranged for extra help for my parents in their home. Our PSW is an absolute angel and has helped take so much stress and worry off of me. Their company name says it all because they truly are Just Like Family and I just can’t thank them enough! ❤️❤️

  We have the pleasure of working with Just Like Family, an organization whose name truly reflects its mission. Their commitment to creating connections that feel as close to family as possible is evident in every aspect of their service. From the very first time we reached out to Just Like Family, we knew this felt right. Stephanie, the Community manager met our family in person and spent a significant amount of time getting to know us. We really felt heard and understood. She put the time in to find out what we were looking for, what our struggles were and to uncover more about what my son would enjoy. I was told this is all part of what they do to make sure she finds the right caregiver for us. This was a level of dedication that was unprecedented in our experience. After gathering this information, we were assured that a carefully selected caregiver who would be most suited to meet our needs would be found. It took a little bit of time, but we really appreciated that they were finding someone special and that suited our specific situation. One aspect that stood out to us was the organization’s practice of having staff provide written reports after each outing. This thoughtful detail was an unexpected gift, offering us valuable insights and helping us stay informed about our son's experiences. The ongoing communication between management, our caregiver and our family has been excellent, fostering a sense of trust and transparency. It truly shows that they follow their families and make sure things are always working and that they care. One of the most important things to us when we were looking for support was that the same caregiver came to us every time, providing consistency and building a meaningful relationship. We feel truly blessed to have discovered Just Like Family, as well as its dedicated leader, Stephanie. We are especially grateful for our caregiver, Jackie, who is a gem, and consistently goes above and beyond her responsibilities. Her commitment, energy and warmth have made her an integral part of our family. We highly recommend to anyone looking for someone they can trust, who has their best interests at heart, and will take the time to choose the right person for you.
